Zero Abuse Policy of a RMG Factory

Zero Abuse Policy


We at Auto GROUP very strongly believe that abuse or harassment in our factory should be ZERO.

We will be committed to ensure that all workers will be free of abuse and any kind of harassment.

If any kind of abuse or harassment such as the following are reported,

[a] Harsh Verbal Abuse :- Using of any harsh , bad or filthy language on your superiors, fellow workers or sub-ordinates

[b] Physical abuse :- Hitting, slapping, pulling the ears or any kind of physical harm.

[c] Sexual Abuse: - Touching of any private parts of workers or sexually molesting any one.

The Management will hold an immediate inquiry in to the allegation, the accused will be given a fair chance to explain his or her actions, and if found guilty will be terminated with immediate effect as per the company Disciplinary policy.

We will encourage and educate all workers to use the grievance procedure of the company to report any abuse or harassment.
